From Nile Delta Farm to Your Soap Factory in Ireland: Our 6-Step Export Process
Step 1 — Send your RFQ and soap spec
Tell us how you will use the loofah in your soap. Share slice thickness, diameter and mould size. Confirm natural or bleached colour. Give your estimated monthly or annual volume. Add your delivery point in Ireland. We reply with a wholesale price and lead time.
Step 2 — Approve samples
We cut sample slices to your exact spec. Samples are couriered to your address in Ireland. Test them in a real batch of soap. Check fit, fibre density and drying. Request changes before bulk production starts. Approved samples become the reference for QC.
Step 3 — Confirm the export order
We issue a proforma invoice for your volume. Choose your Incoterm: EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP. Agree payment terms and production date. Add private-label packing if you need it. Lock the carton count and container plan. Production is scheduled on confirmation.
Step 4 — Grow, clean, cut and dry
Loofah is harvested at full fibre maturity. Each sponge is peeled and cleaned of seeds. Sponges are cut into uniform soap slices. Slices are dried to a stable moisture level. Dry fibre prevents mould inside the soap bar. Off-size pieces are removed from the batch.
Step 5 — QC, packing and export documents
Every lot is checked against your approved sample. Slices are packed in labelled export cartons. Cartons are palletised for sea or air freight. We prepare the commercial invoice and packing list. We issue the certificate of origin and EUR.1. Phytosanitary certificate is arranged if required.
Step 6 — Ship to Ireland
Cargo leaves from [CONFIRM port of loading]. Sea freight to Dublin or Cork, or air for urgent lots. You receive tracking and the bill of lading. Original documents are sent for customs clearance. We stay in contact until the goods are delivered. Repeat orders follow the same approved spec.
